I model my self after another.
I follow the examples of another.
Someone has influenced my life.
Though He is dead for many years,
He is my teacher of old.
He has influenced my life.
He taught me of peace,
He gave me hope,
He is my mentor.
I try to follow
The lessons that
He has taught.
He showed me
How to act
By the way he lived.
His words
Reach though time
To influence me.
His name is
Jesus Christ,
My teacher.
