handle the words of the broken
like a homeless man searches for shelter
nothing new, no one special
just another dead body
crying out for help
but every ear is turned away
no one to listen, to comfort
to show compassion
in a world of sacred trials
lies a sea of deadly answers
without force we grab hold and release thru sin
we rely on the worst to get by
wasting time with mistakes and focused on future ones
who's head is held high
the sign of shame inflicts on us all
and yet no one can fathom their flaws
instead of recognizing our own song
we judge others music
too much time spent looking around
but your fate relies on you
