Mr Crocodile

Mr Crocodile,
Wont you stop and stay awhile?
I'll light the fire
And tune the radio wire,
Set the table up for three,
Fieldmouse you and me.
Mr Crocodile, what is that you're doing?
Is it your mind that you are losing!?
I was told that you were vegetarian,
Now I see you're just a cruel barbarian!
I didn't have this dish in mind for tea,
Please, Mr Crocodile, don't eat me!

Haha... I've just been reading your sadder, more emotional poems and this certainly added some humourous diversity to your collection. I love that you've still managed to keep your trademark whimsical darkness, though.

    Listen!

I have read many of those books filled with cute and random short stories and poems, and quite frankly I could open one and picture this being right in it. I strongly recommend you trying to write a few more, or if you want, just trying to get this published. Cute and imaginative, it would really work perfectly in one of those quirky children's book! PLease comment on my poem too.
    AWESOME!

I really loved this. I actually pictured it in my head as a cartoon or a little girl's tea party. Funny read.

Moral lesson? Care to elaborate? I didn't intend one but it's cool if you can find it.
