Light and feeling,
Emotion true,
Love electric,
Real life, you.
Birds are flying,
Flowers and trees,
Butterflies, beetles,
And buzzing bees.
God Almighty,
High above,
Jesus Christ,
Full of love,
Children playing,
In fields of green,
Running fast,
As in a dream.
Angels in white,
Snow flakes falling,
Glistening raindrops,
Thunder calling.
Words are whispered,
Spoken loud and clear,
Sang from the pulpit,
For all to hear.
Lips on lips,
A warm embrace,
Hand in hand,
Face to face.
Grateful for all my gifts,
That God gave me today,
I write this rhyme smiling,
Glad to have my say.

So full of "light" images and saturated with appreciation. I like how you chose your words so well. I would have 'worded' this poem to death. I see certain things that you are consistently appreciative for (you have mentioned some in other writes) which gives me to know just how genuine and heartfelt this expression is.
