Synchronized, the pulsation
of hearts in time to
the swinging of the world.
It is a penduluum
swinging back and forth.
I will catch it, and
in a silver current of
words and wishes
freeze time.
The edges are frayed
and everything
is uncertain. But as
hearts beat and the
world spins, I will
stray in this
silver current.
Words and wishes
freeze time, and I
will keep it here for
you to see, a black
and white photograph
so I can remember it
forever.

Happy Birthday and thank you for being honest. I think a day or two we can let slide considering you were of age when the contest was posted

This was a wonderful read. One I must say I truly enjoyed through and through. I felt the flow was excellent and your expression of feelings, emotions and visuals were grand. GREAT JOB!
