Have you walked a crowded road alone?
Can you see the darkness in the light?
Can you cry while still laughing?
Do you promote peace but inside still fight?
I feel I'm going forward, but still backwards.
Like I'm going upward, but still down.
I know I'm young but feel so old,
I tend to smile when I frown.
I can hate when I love,
I can love when I hate,
I don't know whats happening,
I am real but I feel so fake.
I am alive but I am dead,
I don't know who I am.
I so confused inside.
I feel like a slaughtered lamb.

I was trying to write to explain those feelings some of us feel but can't say.

i like it a lot. very abstract, very from the heart, very true. I can relate totally. the last line is kinda crazy and unexpected, and i love it. the contrast thoughtout the piece is great, and the whole flow is very poetic and deep.
