Soulful Service To Grace - VIDEO RECITAL

My soul upon this page I humbly place
With simple words my truth I wish to share
For I have gathered in my inner space
Some heartfelt thoughts set free with loving care

My essence dwells in silence day and night
Since contemplation is the path I chose
A peaceful path bestowing sweet delight
Much like the perfume of a full-bloomed rose

This silence, like the morning’s gentle haze
Infuses soulful words with subtle grace
Through peacefulness sometimes those words amaze
A gift bestowed, transcending time and space

The verse that flows through me, I do not own
Its author is not maa, but grace alone

But how do all those poems manifest
If there’s no author who those writings claims
Nobody who pursues poetic quest
No poet who at fame and glory aims ?

Not holding on to knowledge or belief
But letting faith and inspiration flow
My heart delights when words bestow relief
Where hearts the signs of grief and sadness show

To free one single heart from burd’ning ache
The greatest of all gifts will be for me
When challenges and grief a soft soul shake
Another’s joy is my own jubilee

As messenger of grace I wish to serve
Embracing every heart without reserve

    Lovely!

of those 2 trophies you received! I loved the way you recited this on the Video! You are so beautiful with a soft & lilting voice filled with tenderness! So...you also paint! Such a gifted artiste... This has the same intensity & feeling of many lyrics my Father & Savior have given me & I can understand your heart & passion! Fine sonnet of love & wonderful recitation!

thank you so much for your kind visit and words, little white lamb ...
I would love to hear some of your chants and hymns to the divine ...
any links to audio- or video-recordings you could send me ?
as for my voice, it makes my hubby fall asleep very efficiently ... and he is not the only one ... he says it's hypnotizing, not sure if this is meant as a compliment, though

I read your poem, and watched the video. Your words are true; your essence shines as a soft, lustrified pearl. I love the wonder of you -- and God throught you.

Thank you, Marion, for sharing. Yes -- you are the pen in the Hand so True.

Gold -- written and lived --

instigates shimmer and serenity in the hearts of all who read your work. True to both form and content, you grace our Creator God with self-discipline and obedience in using the talents He Himself instilled in you. As a firm Believer I know that Jesus the One and Only Christ set the example which all may follow and I see within your words His humble frame of mind.

I love you for the divine silence in your soul.

You have put into words feelings that I have felt while reflecting on the words they would become...if only I would write them down. I will have to add this link to my page for it gives me such an inspirational and meaningful perspective on why I find myself writing poetry again after over 20yrs without. Thank-you for sharing this marvelous gift of insight. Blue

    Soft and wonderful

Dear one, this is a great work of faith and love, which flows as a peaceful river from your heart to mine. There is a quiet centre in each of us, when we sit still to notice it. Agitation and grief come and go, but peace remains. Lovely sonnets.

    Radiant rhythm and rhyme
    Your message truly sublime!
I think what you have scribed here, maa,
is the holy essence of every soul,
the flame of God as we each understand the entity.

    My favorite line is:
"Another's joy is my own jubilee"
    Gives me goosebumps!

I like the way you brought the bone home, (strange answer? not really).
    Your line within
    'Nobody who pursues poetic quest
No poet who at fame and glory aims ?'

I like that bit, you will see why, I'm sure.

Nice to see the competition is going as she planned.
    good luck in the contest.

hahaha, no bones for me, I'm vegetarian ...
      but metaphorically, it's a beautiful expression ...
now you made me curious to discover why you liked those two specific lines ...
the answer might be found in your own entry in this contest, I suppose
coming over your way now ...
