Watched you from a distance
Looking at you through the glass
I stopped and noticed you here
Hugged to the love of your life
Tore me down now
Even as I look back now
So happy you were

The life of which you need
And now I sit strong for you
Apparently
You need someone to be with you now
And God it hurts me to say
That I cannot do it anymore
We are both damaged

Groovy Writing! That place for us were we become painfully aware that the one we've loved can't be that for us anymore. I remember that feeling of telling myself over and over that just to get used to the sound of it, it had to be over. It read like apart of yourself, that came through !
