a lesson in life, I'm glad to say
people are good as they want to be
and let me say indefinately we are
just stars on canopy just a little caved in
by rain drops
our problems pouring incessantly until we break
or another layer is added, my friend it's not a repeating scenario
there's no hateful being out to get you except
yourself, your own worst enemy
fighting for suicide in all its hopeless happiness
breathe life into me, please let me be, let me live again
see, don't let things get you down
we're not all as fucked up as you may think
