Everyone leaves
Promises always break
Love always fades
And tears always sting
Pushing
Shoving
Closing the door
Lock myself away
But somehow I'm saved
As time goes by
Wasting into the night
I think about every time
They did not lie
All the days they tried
To help me through
This part of life
Depressed
Spinning out of control
they shoved open the door
Slowly, not feeling all alone
Tears dry
From past mistakes
Tears fall
As fears are faced
Holding my hand
Always
Shove
And push
Others disappear
And yet...
They're still here
Leaning on them
They never break
Helping me stnad up
Through my darkest days
