Books can take u to long forgotten times
And transport you to visions of the future
And to any place u wish to go
I think of all of my literary heroes
Tom sawyer and his fence
Ahab hunting down the whale
The yankee in king arthurs court
Wizards and witches
Lusty virgins deflowered by roguish knights
Rockets flying thru time and space
These images can all be found anytime
All u have to do is open the book
And imagine
