People say not to follow the light
But we do anyways
I was running away
Tears in my eyes
I saw the car go the other way
I took no heed
And was struck
It's dark all around now
I can't see a thing
But now I see a light
O so little and bright
Shining with all its might
Waiting for me to come near
Fighting away all my fears
I walk towards the mighty blaze
Provoked by a tiny thought
That all has lost or forgot.
