When the tears and raindrops
Fall alike
When fire and water dance
No longer balanced
When the world is turned
All around and upside down
The hearts are made
Of stone and ice
The flowers run in the wind
Never moving
Leaves and birds swim
Through the sky
Nothing is
But everything was
The singers dance
And the dancers write
While the artists play
Music with no sound
Love is deadly
No nonsense
Everything and nothing
Is as it seems
The clouds dance
With the swirling fish
The beautiful fish
The ever spiraling koi koi fish
A smile, a laugh
Feathers from angels
Dragons come alive
While dreams run wild
And nightmares are free
While the haters love
And the lovers hate
The fairy folk run and hide
The animals speak
The babies laugh
And cry with no sound
Everything is topsy-turvy
Nothing is nonsense
All smarts and logic
As the cards play croquet
And the cat smiles away
When friends share tea
And the world is a chessboard
Hate is a game
And love is the winner
Sadness and happiness
Walk hand-in-hand
The flags dance stationary
And the sea roars away
Ever calm and shimmering
While the red king dreams
He dreams of
Trains jumping rivers
And of poems and rhymes
Come to life
When Mercury goes retrograde
Everything is
But nothing was
Death is magic
And flight is all purpose
Things of logic
Become nonsense
Sense!
Sense!
All of sense!
What madness when
The stars play hide and seek
And the moon plays tennis
With Jupiter in galaxies
Ah! No sense, no sense!
Nothing makes sense
But everything is
When tears and raindrops

The entire world
Falls into dark confusion
As though someone had
Shut out the sun

Haha, I love this one. I was inspired with how my world is upside-down since Mercury is, indeed, retrograde ((look it up))
I wrote this during AB math after a quiz, isnt it amazing? I love it

This one definetly makes you think...hm...When things are out of balance...when your high...poems like this are written, but are awesome even the other person is high or not...jk...Brilliant. I really like the way you write. It requires you to go back and forth between words and lines and make a connection.

I think this could benefit from being broken into specific stanzas. Let the reader breathe! Thanks for the entry but this is not what I'm looking for.

This is an absoloutly amazing poem, so creative and makes no sense, but seems to really make you think. Yet, it is light and airy with a dark side, it is a little shadowy, but so happy and makes you smile, laugh, and want to dance.

I..love this one. it is so imaginative and orginal and really puts a picture of what you think about into your head. i felt happy reading it
