I screamed,
but you did not hear me.
How could you not?
Face to face - you and I -
my eyes begging yours,
pleading to your heart,
and I screamed ,
but you did not see.
Like nails grinding upon a blackboard,
sending shivers of irritation
racing and raising fine hairs,
and I screamed,
but you did not feel.
My heart cried bloody tears;
thrashing and hurting within,
my soul torn apart,
and I screamed,
but you did not know.
So I will scream,
till you hear: the mournful melody
sung by my broken heart.
I will scream,
till you see: the love you mocked
and made a forsaken waste.
I will scream,
till you feel: the pain that has
ravaged my tattered soul.
I will scream,
till you know: the hate you triggered
to flow through my veins.
Then my screams will vanish from my abandoned heart
and haunt your conscious till you ending days.
And I will be free from you.
But you -
you will scream for me.
