In a Matter of 30 Seconds

Throb. Throb.
A tingle, and a Throb.
The pain shoots to your head.
Throb. Throb.
Your eyes burn and you feel light headed.
Throb. Throb.
The pain subsides.
Wait, what?
THROB. THROB.
Nevermind. It's back.
Throb. Throb.
Tiny needles stabbing all at once.
Throb. Throb.
Pass out.

Author notes

Last winter, I dislocated my shoulder twice. I've recently re-injured it.
