I would sit by the ocean if I could sit anywhere.
I would sit by the ocean and I would just stare.
I would watch the waves, and the sky, and the fish
That is what I could do if I could be anywhere that I wish.
I would run my hands through the sand
and look far out to sea,to see if I could see distant land.
I would be swimming in the waves, with the gulls and the fish
if only I could be anywhere I wish!
