Two best friends
One ages, one sheds skin
Never would they have been
Under different circumstances
Yet they stand the test of time
One grows older, year by year
The other left behind
Come together still friends
Both to fight for their friendship
Against the vampaneze.

I read this last ngiht but clearly forgot to comment.
I really very like it!
It's comforting 'cause it suggests that even if two people are very different, they can still be the best of buddies!
