Tick - Tock

As the clock ticks my life away,
She promised me that she would stay,
But in the end it all has gone,
So will i before to long.

Welcome to life, where we live by the clock,
This way that was from its always threatening tock.
It ticks and clicks as we try to catch it,
But we always fall sort, we can never match it.
Years go by in seconds here,
And no questions ever become clear.

Follow the clock and loose your mind with the rest,
All those whe feel they have no time to rest.
It's all the same when you live by time,
Every rock and tree similar on this life-long climb.

Tick tock the clock strikes midnight
And the world is now light solely by moonlight.
The world sleeps but i thrive
For this is the time i love; this is for what i strive.
The world lay dead around me,
As far as my eyes can see.
Finally i relax in being alone,
And im by myself, but not alone.

The stars look down upon by figure,
They grant me light through the world of dark.
Dark but not evil, a mere shade of grey,
I love this time, it is here i stay.

But even for those who do not live by the clock,
Those who dont worship its dooming TICK TOCK,
Time affects all
For in time the stars fall.
The sun rises and the world wakes,
What a horrible sound society makes.

And however i live, from night to night,
And spending days wishing the grey light,
I will always be happy with the solace of being alone,
And i will always be content having but the night, no true home.

Please tell me what you think
