Here's one blue-and-white goodbye,
fluoxetine lullaby, I am sent to sleep by the
whispers of yours song,
"I love you, I love you, I love you.".
I love you with the fickle passion
of Romeo, "Oh my Juliet! My Juliet!"
A rose by any other name would
still be as sweet-
I am not Juliet, nor am I Rosaline,
but will you settle for me?
I am scorned, and, being scorned,
I run off into the sunset. We romantic souls
must sleep together. Oh, my fluoxetine sweetheart,
it is in your arms that I find this relief,
however brief it might be.
Oh my! I'm late, I'm late,
for a very important date! The
gaping mouth of Sheol takes me in,
and I am welcomed by a serenade of demons.
They all wear your face, and
echo, "I love you, I love you, I love you."
So this is Hell. This is Hell.
Embrace me, my fluoxetine sweetheart.
Give me one last blue-and-white goodbye
before it's all over...
I love you, I love you, I love you...

When I saw this I was like *claps hands* "mew poem, yaay!"
I love the title. I was gonna be put on Fluoxetine so I was immediately intrigued.
I love the phrase "fluoxetine lullaby". Also, "I love you with the fickle passion
of Romeo" I like that because in English when we read Romeo and Juliet we talked about how fickle and superficial and unloving Romeo really is and how it was all lust and desperateness after being rejected by Rosaline. So nice reference!
My favorite set of lines is "The
gaping mouth of Sheol takes me in,
and I am welcomed by a serenade of demons. They all wear your face, and
echo, 'I love you, I love you, I love you'". I adore that....I love the references like with your other reference in another poem to Golgotha.
"So this is Hell. This is Hell." and "my fluoxetine sweetheart" are nice too.
