I'm wandering an Angelic dream

Floating on a gentle breeze

Faces smiling back at me

The tender love I feel from thee

Your wings caress my dreaming soul

And take me far away

Heavens gate's are yonder now

Can I stay?

 

I'm climbing the stairs to forevermore

Skipping on the summer sun

Love is all around these waters

To Angels I am flung

Heaven's morning awaits the dreamer

Who is prepared to see

I think I can fly from the land

Can it be?

 

Up I go yes Up I go

Through fluffy painted clouds

The Earth is just a memory

Her roses faded now

Here I come, wait for me

Angels guide my way

Heaven beckons at my breast

Can I stay?

    I like this a lot, the rhyme is good, it flows very nicely all apart from the last line of each stanza which sort of breaks it up a bit, maybe that is intentional. Other than that, a very good write, well done x keep it up and take care x thank you for entering, good luck x
