Lord Lift Me,
I know that I am unworthy of every breath that I take,
I know that You see into my soul,
Lord show me through Your unending love
That You are majesty, maker and King.
Lord, Be my guide,
For the world is dark and cold,
I see that You are patient
A father to all and friend for life.
Lord tell me that I can be close to you.
Lord, I know that You listen,
You ache for me, you gave me all that I own,
Including my free will,
Lord let me come to you in my own time.
