i love to see all the animals at the zoo
lions, tigers, bears, and the kangaroos
watching the monkeys swinging from a tree
sometimes i swear they act just like me
all of these animals are taken care of
by the zookeepers with tender love
the giant birds and elephants
over by the zebras behind the fence
going to the zoo is so much fun!
watching the animals on the run.
the big gorilla pounding on his chest
the penguins with their two-toned vests
theres a new polar bear exhibit
the bats are in the back where its barely lit
lets go look at the meerkats too
as we look around the zoo
but where the fuck are the canines?
wheres the big wild ones?
i cant find the wolf packs
or jackals, or coyotes on the run!
i dont see no foxes!!
red, arctic, or pale
Theres no fennecs, hyenas
or dingos involved! this zoo fails!
what do they have against us
not having them for show
theyve even got goats and deers
but an animal from the family canidae? oh no
gotta have tons of tigers
and they all love the leopards too
but there is no justice
for canines, canines, canines at the zoo
