I am the agnostic son
Of four fathers misdeeds
But a drunk, drone or ditcher
Is the last thing I need
Leave me, lie to me, get in my face
If I were your size I'd put you in your place
But I won't let you get to me, I won't be affected
By your aggression and hatred; no I won't be infected
With anger and sorrow, no, I'll hold my head high
For as long as I can or until I die
I've had my breaking point broken , and I will 'til the end
I've no father now and won't ever again.

Great write, I really liked this one. A truely sad situation to have lived through, no one deserves that... but unfortuanely one that is quite common... and completely out of our control. I like the strong emotions you bring forth in this poem, you really convey them to the reader using strong words. Your closing line is quite effective, and leaves a mark on the reader. Nice work, thanks for entering the contest and good luck!
