Her mirror bares her sacred face
to flow as hue
and hold her heaven's glance
in wet to will my eyes to dance
across this stream
of golden glow.
I am her child of woven wonder,
a distant dream
to sing of being
embraced by arms of blessed branches,
seeing soul as brush
to paint her thunder,
and so become a whispered breath,
as finger stroll
in words to splash
her best ideas of oak and ash
in fire's song transcending death,
where season seeks
to bring us hither,
in peace to weave as feather falling,
her sinking star of orange,
so calling each, as harvest,
from skin to wither.
And stretching east,
toward the night
in growing clouds of darker swell,
sings candle's, shimmered scrim
to tell of quarter tones
in terraced light,
growing peace,
in passion's blend
as more than love could ever measure,
this essence of a heart
to treasure time
in Nature's blush
of kiss to send.

such beautiful treasure for natures heart to hold...

I believe you meant the word 'and' here in this line
abd hold her heaven's glance
'and so become a whispered breath,
as finger stroll
in words to splash
her best ideas of oak and ash
in fire's song transcending death'
And so it becomes a whispered breath...her best ideas of oak and ash! Lovely penning. Great stanza. Good luck inthe contest. ~Sie

This is so beautiful, I love the imagery,
and the poem is as beautiful as the picture

beautiful
So perfect this verse flowing so softly and with such a perfect ending...
"as more than love could ever measure,
this essence of a heart
to treasure time
in Nature's blush
of kiss to send."
Excellent!
