I love you so,
I thought that you loved me
So how could this be?
Your words so harsh, your actions so cruel,
As if your love for me never been
Your touch was once so deer,
Your words were once so sweet,
Your look once sent a shiver down my spin,
Now your touch makes my skin crawl with distain,
Your words sicken me to the core,
Your look fills me with contempt for your rotting soul,
When we first met,
My cheeks were cold so you kissed them and made them warm
My lips were pail so you kissed them and made them rose
Now you were so cruel,
My cheeks remain cold and my lips remain pail
But still they long to be kissed only by your lips,
Why with her?
O' why with her lips?
O' why God, why not mine,

wow
Breathtaking use of words and emotion. I absolutely loved this poem. It really says it all about how even though he hurt you, a small part of you can't stay mad at him. Thank you for entering my contest and goodluck
