Sometimes you’ll feel like you’re flying
without wings into another’s arms ~
and sometimes you’ll go away for awhile,
come back later on for
a smile - that seeks release.
So stay on the ground and poke around
‘til you get bored ~ then fly again
yes, fly again ...
with no wind to play your sails in
and no course to follow through ~
destination unknown
yet, surveying the view.
It isn’t very stable to be cruising
through the air,
not going anywhere,
anywhere at all ...
There will be those that call you
down from there for long moments
of peace and rest
but they realize there will be times
you will want to soar again
but you’ll be back!

Quest in flight!
Such is the nature of friendship, that there are times we need to experience alone and times when we seek our friends and they us. Although you speak of flight I note you speak of the winds as though they were waters. Much of your nature shows through in this write, Well done and refreshing. The use of flight to describe your movements to and fro is natural and soothing. Jadon

This does exactly as it says on the tin, so to speak. Takes your attention from just wandering around, lost soul in a myriad of chosen words, not seeing the picture painted, into a deserted area of belief. To return, somewhat refreshed, but yet, still yearning for a solution, and will keep returning until you find it.
