Lipstick smears cover
the bathroom walls
as they swirl around her
a mix of hallucinations
and florescent lights
casting eerie shadows
in the mirror
as she drowns herself in secrets
swimming in a sea of too much
eye shadow or blush
she can’t remember which
she shines
with nicotine stains
from too many cigarettes
put out on too many bedroom floors
blood red imperfections
cover her skin
impatient kisses
that don’t mean a thing
Her worst nightmare
becoming reality
her Hollywood dream
a haunting regret

It's true. Hollywood lives are sometimes like this. To get what they want, sometimes they have to go to the lowest of the low to get it. I think sins become nonexistent after that. Lovely write!! I ♥ it!!
