To my dearest friend
You were hurt to a point
I couldn’t comprehend
I wish I could say sorry
For being so far away
You were the last
Person I should betray
I wish I could of
Been by your side
But I left you alone
So you decided to hide
You pushed your feeling
Inside away from everything
I shouldn’t of took us
As a middle school fling
I picture you sad in tears
Feeling alone for all those years
Everything must of got so hard
Everything must of
Caught you off guard
I just want to say sorry
Even though its to late
Towards me you must
Of felt so much hate
Well now I close my
Eyes and speak to you
And ask you to tell
Me everything I must do
I pray that you are
In a better place
And maybe one day I
Will again see your smiling face
I hope with god you
Are flying high
Because I always picture your
Face when I look into the sky
I miss you and I just want
To say sorry I wasn’t there
And I want to pray to you
And say I really did care
I love you with
All of my heart
And I hope all of this
For you is a new start
I hope you can now laugh
With all the worlds joy
Because to me you always
Were the most special boy.
