This potential exists in everything.
Absolute energy -
enough to destroy the very fabric
of the Universe itself.
Once awakened, a choice must be made
as to how one will use this power
meant only for the hands of a god...
Men seek it, to dominate it
though their minds are incapable
of such an impossible task.
Half-understood science misused,
and someday everyone shall pay
for the hubris of so few.
Someday we will be able to...
The mortal frame was not meant
to hold the lifeforce of a god.
Everything will be destroyed,
utterly decimated - a wasteland world.
And we will have no one to blame
but ourselves.
Someday we will know...
Until then, behind close doors
children cry in pain and desperation
as Science seeks to make their version
of the perfect human, their saviour...
Our ignored warning becomes
our tragedy.

so many times we hear about a person using their so-called power to try and better the world, and we know nothing good will come of the way they are doing things...why does politics/government seem so ignorant....and why don't we realize there are more of us than there are of them...

ahh i've asked myself that same question so many times...i would love for the world to wake up and realize what's really going on out there in that maddening quest for power and domination hidden behind the friendly guise of "doing it to make the world a better place" ... someday we WILL realize there are more of us, and we WILL do something to change the world... I only hope it comes soon enough to save us all
