-LilacThOughts- (acrostic)

Loveliness incarnate that cleaves
In this human angel we have here
Little time for self she leaves
A wonder to draw us all near
Candles hold no flame, conceived

To her beauty that shines so clear
Her guardian angel, brother received
Oh so lovingly, helping her o'ercome fear
Unusually gifted poetically, I believe
Generous to a fault, many hold her dear
Her poetry: a beautiful quilt she did weave
To all that know her, a goddess appear
Such a greatness that so few do achieve

Wonderfully worded acrostic ypu have written here in honor of a fellow AP poet - easy to read and understand these thoughts you express so well in these lines. Liked the rhythm and rhyme, the flow and the message you share here.

Loved these lines! I tried an acrostic once, and it is really quite difficult to make it flow well, as yours does. Beautiful tribute to friend!
