It is the dawn of a new day,
Let us join our hearts and pray.
Let us pray together, united as one,
Oh Lord, Your will be done.
Uplift us Lord within Your sight,
Keep us in Your bosom tight.
Your light upon our faces shine
Keep us close to Your love divine.
We glorify and praise You, Lord
As we trust upon Your word,
giving us mercy, hope and love
As we go along our way.

just a couple minor suggestions. When referring to God in any name, whether it be with a pronoun or proper name, I feel it should be capitalized to show respect. =) Also, "We glorify and praise you Lord" There needs to be a comma inbetween You and Lord...like this "We glorify and praise You, Lord"
