Into the woods past the magic tree
Lies a lake, peaceful and waiting for thee,
In the lake a lady sits on her throne
With a sword crafted to be your own,
Here she sits so no one can see
Her patient eyes watching for thee,
With her hair dancing with a mind of its own
Swirling and twirling above the throne,
Next to the lake if you wait patiently
The sword she wields she will give to thee,
With Merlin to guide you, and sit beside you
You will claim the Britain’s throne,
Then one day you will be gone…
And Merlin will pass the magic tree
Were the lady of the Lake waits peacefully,
He will return the sword to its rightful place,
In the lake with the lady in her regular space
To find a new bearer to carry the treasure
So it can be another’s pleasure
Here she will sit where no one can see
Her patient eyes waiting for thee,
With her hair dancing with a mind of its own
Swirling and twirling above the throne

I love the Arthurian ledgend and anything to do with King Arthur and the medeval ages!

Nice poem, my friend. I do believe that the Lady is one of my favourite characters. Nice rhyme scheme, but you might want to try using a bit of change up at some point instead of couplets. Overall decent poem.

Accurate, nice rhyme scheme, and the facts are really good.
