I'm the lad ta be precise.
I come out in the movies,
just once or maybe twice.
I string his beads,
and brush his hat.
Touch up his make up,
and tasks like that.
Not really a slave,
I'm here on my will.
Being the captain's boy,
is really quite the thrill.
You see him fight,
and see him laugh.
As well as him drunk,
with ale to his calf.
Girls, they all swoon,
even those you were eying.
You'd tell her you loved her more,
he'd just say "You're lying."
Why ain't I cursing?
Why don't I talk like him?
Mom'll storm in,
drag me home by the limb.
