the not so ugly

she grew up frown upon
nothing but a pawn in the life of her family
ugly was thought she was but in the years to come she blossomed
blossomed into well hid beauty
and as she grew the family saw and hid it from the world
lost forever in the dust covered celar
never to be seen
never to be heard
though fate conjured a plan
so the world can witness what tru beauty is
and so
in the years to come her family grew old
and soon after withered
leaving the child to live in the dust covered cellar
not knowing that her freedom was gained
and as years pass she lived alone
starving
until the house, the home, the cellar was bought and sold
to a gentleman
he enter the cellar pondering the lot of land he had just bought
and there before him was some what of a caged cat
her eyes wide looking at her on looker wonder what became of her parents
she try speaking but years without use made it lost in the dust covered cellar
and he spoke first asking of her name and how she came to be
questions without answer for not even she can describe how fate laid her life down
he took her though and taught of there world and what it has become
and in time she found her voiced and spoke of herself
and in time the once foresaked child grew into a women who found once more her beauty
and in due time they married and soon grew there love and there children

I like the way you took this a whole other direction. It is very sad, but beautiful. I'm glad she found happiness.
