Controversiality

Controversiality
There may be no such word
However it is still controversial

What is controversial any way?
Is it not accepted?
Something looked down on
Or perhaps it is something to be questioned

Controversy is able to be argued
For when I or my sisters say
Oh hay by the way
I’m gay.
It is controversial

Just as racial discrimination
Was back in the civil war days
The people said it was right
As the people say it is right to discriminate against gays

Controversiality is an Idea made of background
and heart
Controversiality is a replacement of thought
Controversiality is what people say against others.
“Oh that’s controversial”

So then am I to be the controversial poet?
You better believe it
For controversy can weaken one’s soul
When used against them

Controversial and Controversiality redundant no?
Still there within lies controversy
The foundation of beliefs
As well as investigations
So if controversial is what lies within controversy
Then maybe it’s within human nature that lies Controversiality
