I came on this site to write and post my poetry
Little did I know that I would meet people that
would connect to the deepest part of my soul
I have met two women that have done that
We have built a friendship that is
more precious to me than I could have ever
imagined
Through the good times and bad times we have been
there for each other
Phone calls, chats and daily interaction has become
a very important part of who we are
Sometimes the listener, the nurturer, the voice of reason
Other times, the talker, needing consoling, and seeker
of guidance
We become what the other needs at that time
One is on the other side of the country
the other, across the ocean
Yet our time together has no distance, no time frame
Our tears have blended for clarity
Our laughter blending our joys
We do not judge our mistakes
Our friendship is unconditional and constant
We are always on the same page
there is no topic that is not acceptable
Leaving my sides hurting sometimes from laughter
amused at the bawdiness of some conversations
Allowing the freedom of discussions
tighten the bonds between us
Supporting the decisions of the other
Whether we agree or not
Lifting the one that is down
For no other reason but for the love we share
We joke, tease, and make fun, all in the name of friendship
Allowing us to be real and step out of our comfort zone
because we know that we would never hurt the other
Thank you for sharing your life with me and allowing
me to share mine..
Your friendship means so much to me...words could
never express what I feel.....

It's awesome that the three of you are so close. I always wanted Whoochi to have a REAL friend & confidant to go to when she really needed one. I'm glad that both she and Laura have found that in you. This is a really sweet poem about real friendship. Great job Noreen

Awwww Nor, thanks from this Best bitch, you are always there to answer my "knock knock" on your door and I have forevermore than for you always, in any way whatsoever...I love you too! And Yes, we have LOL, and WTF til our sides hurt, even listened to music together, smoothe R & B and remember we can always buy Parkas!

Anyways... I give it three bunnies, one for each of you. I find the three of you to be on my favs list. Does this mean I have to find another woman if I want to outdo you? I don't know if I can do that. I'll have to ask.
