Half the time i'm thinking about you,
the other half i'm trying to find you,
i'm walking in circles around my own head,
and i'm getting nowhere close to what i'm trying to find,
you're out there,i know, and i'm wondering,
are you as lost with-ought me as i am with-ought you?
do you feel like half the person that your supposed to be?
when you see a couple pass you by, does your heart bleed?
do you feel as incomplete and alone as i do with every fleeting breath?
i'll make a detailed map, and put it in a bottle,
maybe you'll find it, and after that you can find me,
or maybe i'm the one who's supposed to find you,
till then i'll watch love like a butterfly,
fluttering so delicately living so briefly,
i could never pin it down with a needle,
love is something you can't display in glass case so crudely,
it's something very delicate and if you treat it carefully it will stay with you forever,
so i'll sit here and wait till the day that you come to me,
So softly on butterfly wings.

This is about the boy i'm in love with (well..yeah XD duh) it's a long distance relationship, he's litterally over 1000 miles away from me, so it's hard at times to keep in contact, but we've been together for almost 3 months yay! he always makes me so happy, i don't need touch as long as i have his words in my heart. I wrote this poem when this poem is dedicated to my waiting for him, and for the day when we'll finally be able to hold each other. I don't ever want to let him go.
