Mother of mine
How much we’ve been through
The birth full of pain
That’s only the begnning
Growing up you were always there
Nothing could stop you
To your four-year-old little girl
You were a super hero
That little girl grew up
Slowly but surly
However you never seemed to change
Always My Superhero
Despite the fights
Despite the screams
I love you mother
From now till always
As a young woman I see thing differently
I know now why you did what you did
Maybe not all of it
And things you do know still confuse me
I know you love me mother
And I know I don’t say it enough
You are my rock
You keep me together
You share so much with me
Treat me like I’m an adult
You trust me with so much
It’s how I know you love me
But I need to say it more
I love you mom
I always will
Nothing will ever change that
We’ve been through so much
Just the two of us
You a single parent
I a stubborn child growing
Through Hospital visits
Screaming matches
And break down days
I will always love you
Remember that mother
No matter what happens
I want you to know
I Love You
Author notes
Dedicated to my still living mother, I hope she realizes how much she means to me

Beautiful
This brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing this with me!
I am going to be picky. lol.. But I think when you say "though" in your first, 9th and 10th stanzas that you meant "through".
Beautiful Job!!
