Bumbling brooks and silky streams,
Curled round the evergreens.
Whose browning leaves made dappled plains,
Where once the snow had been.
The dandelions and marigolds,
Reached for the dying sun.
While spotted fawns chased bumblebees,
In contest never won
High up in the leafy eaves,
Of ageing wooden pines.
Coloured birds sang whistled tunes;
Delightfully divine.
Scaled fish swam here and there,
In fading golden rays.
Lighting up the lazy lake,
In breathtaking displays.
In even strokes the artist caught,
Whatever he observed,
The beauty and serenity:
Eternally preserved.
Comment about anything really...I just want to know if its any good!

This is excellently penned I must say!
I really, truly love it. I wish I could have written it myself to be honest. lol. It kinda reminds me of old timey poems...the style you used. It's great, with great talent behind it. Wonderful job!

Expressive
A very expressive piece of poetry. I really enjoyed the flow and of the poem. The description of the area was so beautifully expressed that the last verse took me by surprise as I was meandering along and I came upon an artist. Very well written.

A beuty is the charm here
In even strokes the artist caught,
Whatever he observed,
The beauty and serenity:
Eternally preserved.
It is a beautiful voice of the heart which is not only an innocent one but at the same time gifted with the sentiment of the soft feelings to praise the glory of this greqaat nature and its gifts as well and this has been traced here in this poem in every word and every line as well..It is
a great heartfelt write revealing the universal strength of the nature with the beauty of a heart here time and time again..
