try to hold on to everything, watch everyone leave.
watch yourself fall to the floor.
get up stumble, stumble and crawl.
now your not storng enough to take anymore.
tear steacked cheeks.
a broken heart, a deathly end.
with no rest in peace,
because life is filled with choices from the start.
a broken wall of friends.
a silence hanging in the air.
this is where you meet the end.
am i strong enough.
my god, how much more do i have to fight.
im trying to keep going.
but the darkness is taking over.
dont give in even when your breaking.
dont give up even though your soul is aching.
dont let this beat you down even though your faith is shaking.
i can fight and loose,
sink into the depths of despair.
but i know i will rise again.
cause god's light will find me.

Wow. This is so deep and painful. I am sorry that you are hurting. It does seem hard at times to just push pass the pain, the agony, and it's even harder to find the will and strength to just move on. sometimes its just not that simple. I hope you are doing well. I read your testimony on your page, I'm sorry that you are suffering so much my friend. I'm always here if you ever need a friend. Take care and be safe

I totally understand where your coming from with this, at times it seems so hard to just keep pushing on and not give up, not fall into the abiss, this is a wonderful poem that explains it perfectly. Amazing write.

Oh,i really like this,i couldent look away and it was written an d had a very nateral flow to it,you did good with expressing it all.

God's light will find you, in the arms of a parent or friend, in a moment of peace, in a glimpse of hope, in a moment of laughter or song. This is a difficult time in your life. Let those around you care for you and love you. Take your medication, and let your doctor know if it's not working. Make sure you get exercise and eat healthy food. Treat yourself as one who is worthwhile and loved, because you are both.
You are growing in your poetry skills, BTW. I checked out a couple of your earlier pieces, and this one is much better. I especially like this line because it is unusual
"a broken wall of friends."
