A Graduation Poem for the class of 07 ( college)

It's almost that time of year of again
where we bid farewell  to graduating seniors
my heart is  heavy with many emotions
mostly saddness but happiness too
swirling around  inside me
it's true

To those from high school
I haven't talked to in awhile
I cam't believe it's been four years
for all of you that have passed
it seems like it was just yesterday
where these whirling twirling emotions
were swirling emotions  were welling up
inside of me as you were preparing to leave Souhegan

And now you've made it
four years of college
though  I haven't talked to some of you
for quite awhile
I wish you all well in your future endeavors


Now moving on to those from NEC
who i may  have known for one or two years
but most for all three
you've helped to mold me
and shape me
like most of the other people I've met here
into  a better person
and for that I am incredibly greatful
to all the great times
and crazy memories
the times from theatre especially
Haunted Hayride, Showcases and crazy cast parties
and now no matter which way each individual's stories may end
you've rewritten parts of my story by  being my friend

Go forth and seize the day now
and live life with few regrets
and don't forget or regret
what you did for love!
