i walked along the rooftop
in my dreams last night
balanced on a thin ledge
i saw a wonderful sight
sean was looking at the moon
that shone so bright and clear
laughing with a little girl
he held her softly near
of course he did not see me
for it was only my spirit there
as he said goodbye to the hospital staff
and thanked them for their care
he never thought this day would come
he had been too long alone
but i always knew that one day
sean would travel home

Beautifully written honey, a vision and a hope to behold ,so typical of your understanding and caring nature to write such a wonderful piece ,even when you have problems of your own you are still caring for others and reaching out to those that need it .Im sure this will reach out to sean and lift his heart and his spirits and make him smile - Honey bear i salute you

This was extremely touching, and uplifting. It spoke of the spirit with deeply endearing words. They should cheer Sean up. It does me!
I hope that all goes well for him, and I will keep him and all of the precious children in the world, in my prayers every day!
I am grateful for this moving poem, and it was written so beautifully with graceful style. The pictures and the photo are great! Very warming to the heart and soul.
