Everyone deserves a day...
A day to call their own...
But i have never found the calander to see when mine is...
Nothing in this world can make me hurt more than she did...
Loving her just might have killed me...
Hearing her thoughts through her emerald eyes...
So why am i too young to die...?
Why can't i get answers from the truth...
Pry it off the back of my mind...
Where was the door to get out...
A victim of a situation that i shouldn't have been...
A confusing riddle from my life...
Confuses my reflection in the water...
And as the rain drops speak to me...
I wonder why...
I should be in a hidden place...
Far from everyone else...
So i won't get hurt anymore...
I'll blame you for breaking me up...
Into smaller pieces of me...
Along the way i have dropped some pieces...
I will never get them back...

Whoa..
Wow Aaron! This is so incredibly sad..but it is so beautiful too..I love the words you used to describe your pain..
I wish I was in a hidden place..away from all the world..maybe there would be no more pain coming my way..
Anyways..this made me cry.. *sniff* as usual..
Your writing breaks me down. Keep up the awesome work, and Stay strong!

This is a really nice piece. I love the line "Hearing her thoughts through her emerald eyes." It's a really beautiful poem with the words you used. It's sad in some senses, too, but I really enjoyed it. Thank you for entering my contest...good luck.
