The elf

Legolas the fairest of all elves
So pure nothing could stand against him
And that includes you, my courageous friend
Not even you could stand against someone so simple

The bow an elves' weapon of choice
It always, so faithfully, stands by his side
He’s so fast with his bow you couldn’t even peep a sound
Before he’s shot you into a million pieces

So let us side with him and make him our leader
So you need not worry about him shooting you
Let him be your guardian at all times
And no harm will come to you

He’s one of the many elves that fought in the great battle
And he’s one of the many elves that survived
Without a scratch I dare say to everyone
So side with him and let him be the warrior just for you.

"And that includes you my courageous friend"
should have a comma after you
It's a noun of direct address
"The bow an elves weapon of choice"
    elves needs an apostraphe--elves'
    possesive
"It always so faithfully stands by his side"
should have commas before so and after faithfully

Now that that's over, this is a cute piece and a great tribute to Legolas. It made me laugh in places and grow serious in others. Great effect and use of words for a poet so young. Keep up the great work, poet!

Legolas is great, but I was VERY dissapointed when I leasrned that his character would be played by Orlando Bloom. I love Legolas as he is in the books, but in the mocies, he seems so much weaker and, well, I am just NOT an Orlando bloom fan. Orlando Bloom ruined everything. Now there are tons of fans of Legolas, but they arn't... most people never read the books until the movies came out, and a LOT of people never bothered to read them at all. At least Harry Potter has more real readers, though people didn't get into that eather until it was fameous..... anyways, I am WAY off track, how the heck did I get to talking about HP? I was just going to say I like your poem, I love Legolas, but hate the movie version of him. They did a good job with Aragorn though. And Elrond, and Saroman, and Gollum, but they killed Legolas and Frodo. Though Pippin is just like I always imagined him to be... anyways, nice poem
