    I told that to this one guy, he woud put his dog on a leash and let it run into my yard and poop.

    I totally sympathize with you!

    You have struck a nerve with me... and we found out the neighbor's dog could jump over a 6 foot wall! Like in one giant leap! Without even a running head start! Thank you for reminding me.
