Hehe, okay, so I'm actually not old enough to drink... But this is only PARTLY true, okay? My neighbors DO party until early in the morning, and my dad has had to yell at them because they are right outside my window and keep me up. One time they even started a fight with someone at the party, and SOMEONE called the police. They also drive around with their four wheelers, almost running into all the little kids. It's really annoying, but luckily they're moving out soon!! XD
Also, sorry if it's hard to read... This is a weird background...
