Kayas – hello from a long time ago, or long time since we have greeted each other
check out the sweetheart shuffle, or a modernized Owl Dance to Owl Dance Song. The Owl Dance is a beautiful waltz that is not done with a potato between foreheads, but is a beautiful couple's dance' graceful, dignified and it is awesome to see older couples with their buckskins swaying to this beautiful dance.

So cool and awesome and heartfelt
Sweetheart is what my Dad had called my Mom, and later in life it is what I had called my lover, and loving mother of our children. We are not together at this time of our lives, and have managed to remain friends, although I think about her all of the time, and would love to be back with her. We just have some healing to do that needs to be completed apart. I miaa her so much everyday. Thank you for the inspiring write dear poet.

That is certainly a different way to dance the Owl Dance...it is such a beatuiful dance....when the elders are in their buckskins and they step so gracefuly to it, no matter their age. ty.
