Desire

The sea of apathy
in your eyes
washes over
these open thighs

you caress my skin,
purple rose petals surround
the luscious body on the ground

The speakers echo
and shake to the beat
the words of a crowned man
i'll never met

your velvet tongue
plunges deep
stealing all oxygen
from my lungs,
your touch
the one true need

your bite tears me
like a thorn,
i scream
as if someone
ripped off
a unicorn's horn.

Hmm... I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It had the feel of an erotica piece to it, but the last stanza doesn't seem to fit at all. It's almost like you had a few words left in the bank that you hadn't used, so you randomly came up with something that would somewhat fit. (Trust me, I've done that enough times!) Thanks for entering my contest!
