We stapled hands onto toothpick crosses, picking up pieces of ourselves.
Mocking the birds & kissing boys from the public school.
Though we understood, to lie to each other,
would be worse than our already convicted sins.

jeeze i kinda wish i had gone to st. mary's...hahahah welllll not really actually but my mom WAS considering tking me there when i was just starting school (she had gone there)but she decided she wanted me to go the a bigger school i guess....lol BUT i love the poem, it's my kinda poem, short sweet and to the point..(in various ways...) good job with it!!

This is a really cool subject. I can definitely relate to the whole Catholic school thing.
In your last two lines,
I think it would look better if you broke it up like this:
Though we understood, to lie to each other,
Would be worse than our already convicted sins.
