Orange lip-stick kisses
the shadows, between
the illusionary border of smoke
and glass
where the caterpillar
of Alice
awaits on the grass...
In the trailer,
thoughts ponder:
why
can't I float
like hallucinating
smoke into
that great
rainbow-coated sky?
In purple-haze headphones,
letters flow together,
falling, cryptically
upon acidic awaiting ears,
as soft as the muffled
screams that escape
a suffocating pillow.

hmm... sounds like an acid trip to me. But Alice in Wonderland always makes me think of that.
The second stanza in this piece was definitely my favorite. Awesome job, and thanks for entering!
